Trizetto requires an SFTP password along with the 4-digit site ID. The password is necessary for EDI transactions and running RTE. Without the SFTP password, an error will occur when trying to run eligibility.
The SFTP password has to be reset every year.
Trizetto will send the Site ID and Password to the Implementation Specialist for the account.

The Implementation Specialist will send a Sales Order form to TriZetto.

TriZetto representative will create the Site ID and Password and share it via email.

The Implementation Specialist will update the site in the Clearinghouse Authentication Dashboard.
The dashboard allows us to manage the SFTP password for the entire practice group instead of the individual provider. Passwords will be entered by the IS and managed in the Clearinghouse Authentication Dashboard.
The dashboard can be accessed from Swords (
Select Clearinghouse Authentication from the menu on the left and select Trizetto (Gateway) from the dropdown menu.
To change or enter a password select Change Password for the site ID you need to enter. Ensure the password is correct. Click Change Password when finished.
The site will have 1 of 4 statuses regarding the password.
Healthy: SFTP password entered for the site, RTE has been run, and it’s accurate.
Missing Password: SFTP password not entered for the site.
Password Incorrect: SFTP password was entered, but it’s not accurate.
Site Not Used RTE: SFTP password entered. We are yet to validate.
