Internal: How to Enable/Disable the "Send To All Patients" option in the Send Email section

The check box "Send to all patients" under Patients > Send Email can now be enabled/disabled for customers.

You can remove the "Send to all patients" option under the Patients > Send Email section by navigating to the Practice Group Settings (Swords > CRM > PG Settings > Primary Practice Group Settings section) to disable the option.

The new setting will be a check box that reads, "Enable/Disable the “Send to all patients“ option in the Patients > Send Email section of DrChrono," at the bottom of the settings list within “Primary Practice Group Settings.“

Permission on a provider level/staff level

  1. Have the new permission located in Account > Staff Permissions section of DrChrono.
  2. When permission is checked, the option to "send to all patients" is disabled.
