When building a form, the button is critical to the fields in this article. The field renders the information you enter or select onto the clinical note.
You will need one in your generated text section of the note for the following fields:
- Short-text fields will pull in the text you type into the field to the note.
- Single select fields will pull the option you select into the note.
- Multiple select fields will pull your selections to the note
- Fraction fields
