| CoverMyMeds App Users - Change your eRx Prior Authorization Workflow Today | DrChrono has introduced and enabled a new workflow to submit prescription electronic prior authorization requests directly from the Send eRx screen! This updated integration makes it easier to submit requests and receive quicker responses from payers. If you are currently submitting ePA requests by clicking on the CoverMyMeds tab in the App Directory, you need to start using the new integrated workflow to initiate all new prior authorizations starting now! The current method of submitting ePA requests via the directory app will sunset effective Aug. 31, 2023, but not to worry, we are here to help with the transition.
