DrChrono EHR Mobile v2026.06.0 v1

The gap between what you can do on mobile and what you can do on web just got meaningfully smaller. Six clinical documentation fields that previously required a browser are now available directly in the app, e-prescribing gets clearer guidance and smarter validation, and EverHealth Scribe has two enhancements on the way — all backed by ten stability fixes that make the app more reliable.

Six USCDI clinical form fields — previously web-only — are now available in mobile forms. Clinical Test/Result, Pregnancy Intent, Pregnancy Status, Planned Procedure, Smoking Status, and Education Level can all be documented directly from the app.

  • 📋 All six fields sync in real time with web records and CCDA outputs — no double entry required
  • 🔍 Searchable dropdowns with standardized codes (LOINC, SNOMED, CPT) — no manual code entry
  • 📅 Mobile date pickers throughout for consistent, formatted date entry
No action required
These fields appear automatically in your existing clinical forms once you update the app.

Informational banners now appear throughout the app when e-prescribing isn't available in the current context — for example, when a staff member needs a provider to sign off, or when a user is working in another provider's account.

  • 👤 Staff users see a clear prompt that provider signature is required before a prescription can be sent
  • 🔄 If you're working in another provider's account, you'll be guided to switch back before prescribing
  • 📋 The same guidance applies to renewal requests, medication changes, and cancellations
Heads up
No changes to how prescriptions are sent. This update adds clarity, not new restrictions.

Before an e-prescription can be submitted, the app now checks that required fields — including patient directions (SIG) and dispense quantity — are complete. For pediatric patients, a warning appears if height or weight is missing.

  • ✅ Fewer submission errors from missing required information
  • 🧒 Pediatric vital sign check (height/weight) runs before sending — prompts to enter missing data or warns before proceeding
  • 📝 Clear in-app prompts point to any incomplete fields before you can send

Everyone

The in-app update notification has been redesigned to show you what's in a new version before you install it — including the version number, release highlights, and a "Remind Me Later" option if the timing isn't right.

  • 📋 Preview release notes before updating so you know what to expect
  • ⏰ Tap "Remind Me Later" to defer without losing the notification
  • 🎨 Refreshed branding for a more recognizable update prompt

Providers not yet enrolled may now see an informational banner in the app. Tap "I'm Interested" to connect with the EverHealth team — or dismiss the banner and it stays hidden for 90 days.

  • 💬 One tap connects you with the team for a follow-up conversation
  • 🔕 Dismiss once and the banner stays hidden for 90 days across all your devices and reinstalls

  • 🎯 More accurate, compliant coding suggestions from the point of care
  • 📉 Fewer manual corrections and claim denials downstream
  • 🔗 Tighter connection between clinical documentation and clean claims
