INTERNAL: Customized Follow-up Dates - turning off for a client

If a client reaches out and asks to have customized follow-up dates turned off, you can easily do so for them. The setting is located under Practice Group (PG) settings.

If you uncheck this option, the account will no longer be able to set customized follow-up dates in their account.

If they change their mind and want it back, simply check the box and they will again have access to the feature.
