What is the difference between the basic and advanced patient portal?

DrChrono offers two versions of the patient portal: Basic and Advanced. Basic is for Prometheus plans and the Advanced option is available for Hippocrates and above but it is not enabled by default. The features of both portals are the same for patients. The advanced version of the portal allows providers to customize their portal.

The portals are the same, but the Advanced portal has a Style tab.

The Style tab allows the practice to customize the logo, colors, the reply to email address, and the message that goes out with an OnPatient invitation.
