The Is international customer setting allows providers who are using DrChrono outside of the United States to access the send eRx function. By default, a provider must register with eRx to enter medications and send prescriptions. By checking the Is international customer box, a provider can enter medications and print prescriptions.
The setting can be found under the account's CRM > Doctor Settings > eRx.
Note: In the event there are multiple offices, the Is international customer setting will populate the provider's default billing office and not the practice group billing office. If a practice needs to have the primary billing office listed on the prescription, that office information will need to be entered under the desired provider.
