Here is the list of how appointment colors are prioritized from highest to lowest.
- Custom Appointment Color (Highest priority)
- Custom Billing Statuses
- Appointment Profile
- System Billing Statuses
- Whether it's a new patient or not(red color)
- Whether it's a recurring appointment or not(white purple color)
- Whether it's a break appointment or not(grey color)
- Default Color from doctor's settings (Lowest priority)
On an additional note, since the highest priority is the custom color and removing the custom color setting isn’t intuitive, most of the issues are related to this. Please try to set the color to white, refresh the page, and see if that fixed the problem.
