Currently (December 2023), DrChrono cannot submit claims for any patient who either has an international address or an international health insurance company.
Example: Patient who resides somewhere other than in the United States, and is here working with valid U.S.-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. If the patient's address is listed as their address in their home country - our system will not allow the electronic claim to leave our system. You can print it out and mail it to the payer, but the system will not allow it to submit electronically.
