A new permission called modify-staff-in-btg has been added to allow DrChrono employees to modify (create/edit/delete) staff accounts while breaking the glass into another account.
This permission will be implemented as follows:

Users who are not DrChrono employees will be unaffected.

DrChrono employees who do not have the above permission will not be able to break the glass into a customer account and modify that customer’s staff accounts. (The links to add, edit, and delete staff accounts are disabled.)

DrChrono employees who do have the above permission will be able to break the glass into a customer account and modify that customer’s staff accounts. (The links to add, edit, and delete staff accounts will be enabled.)
